All fees listed below are per-service. The Complete Filing Package covers the most common eviction scenario end-to-end. Individual services are available for landlords who need specific assistance at any stage of the process.

* Notice posting is available when personal delivery or mail service is not practicable. Posting must comply with ORS 90.155.

** Includes preparation and filing of the Writ of Execution with the court and coordination with the Sheriff's office for lockout scheduling.

*** Drive time applies to appearances in Jefferson County (Madras) and Crook County (Prineville) courts. Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate.
